Meet The Providers

Katie Luebke, PMHNP-BC
Co-Founder and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I have experience in caring for individuals with a wide range of mental health and substance use concerns, including severe mood disorders, psychosis, co-occurring conditions, and complex medication needs. I believe people are more than a diagnosis and deserve care that is compassionate, honest, and free of judgment. My approach is grounded in listening, meeting people where they are, and recognizing that recovery is rarely a straight line. I work collaboratively with each individual, so they feel seen, heard, and meaningfully involved in decisions about their treatment. For me, behavioral healthcare is more than a profession- it is my life’s work. I am passionate about improving access to timely, dependable care and creating an experience where people are treated with dignity rather than feeling rushed or reduced to a number. Whether someone needs help maintaining a treatment plan that works or navigating a difficult new challenge, I believe nothing is too big or too small to deserve genuine attention and care.

Jennifer Godley, PMHNP-BC
Co-Founder and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and are supported without judgment. Mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and personalized- not rushed or one-size-fits-all. My goal is to create a space where you can explore your struggles, reconnect with yourself, and move toward lasting wellness and support that honors both science and humanity. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in high-risk obstetrics as a bedside nurse and with people of all ages in general mental health as well as adults with serious mental illness as a Nurse Practitioner. My approach to care is grounded in the belief that every person has a story, and every story deserves to be heard with compassion, respect, and without judgment. I believe mental health treatment is not simply about managing symptoms- it’s about helping individuals rediscover balance, resilience, purpose, and hope. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where people feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout their journey toward mental wellbeing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood instability, severe mental health symptoms, life transitions, or substance use challenges, you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we will work toward understanding the root causes of distress, building resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable changes.
